Thanks to the ladies of the 2nd Virginia Cavalry Co. C, the whole story can be told. These dedicated historians live as the wives, mothers, caretakers, nurses and sometimes combatants in the struggle for southern independence. Their participation is every bit as important as the men who reenact the battles.
